The company's toolroom was originally created to service the needs of the engineering departmentin terms of component manufacture and supply. The rationale behind this was to obviate the risk ofdelays from outside contractors and so control in-house most facets of our rebuilding programs.

The staff is comprised of highly skilled engineers and so our entry into blow mould manufacture,with its inherent tolerances, has been relatively smooth. Testimony to this lies in our customer base, which includes key accounts such as Coca Cola, Schmalbach-Lubeca and the O-I Group.

Recent projects include the manufacture and production of Coke's new 'Deep RiverRock' flavouredwater bottle designs, the Bailey's mini-bottle design, Vecozuivel's Dairy Bottle design and manufacture as well as their Fruity King 200ml Dairy Bottle design & manufacture.

We are used to working within a very tight time-line to meet product launch dates.

Our Mould and Tooling Technical Services include:

• Design and manufacture of injection stretch blow mould tooling for Nissei & Aoki.
• Design and manufacture of reheat-blow moulds for the following machine types:
  • Sidel, SIG, Krupp (old style), Sipa, Dynaplast, MAG, Kosme, Cincinnati & ADS.
• Manufacture of blow-mould personalisation parts for all machine types - including:
  • preform carriers, guides, wheels, gripper fingers, in-feed and out- feed wheels, suction cups, stretch rods, pins, blow nozzles, etc.
• Unit tool mould testing facilities for R&D or marketing purposes.
• Supply of new preform injection moulds to 96 cavity
• Reconditioning of preform moulds
• Design and manufacture of core pins, cavities, and neck rings.
• Installation of mould and mould personalisation parts.
• Commissioning & processing of moulds at destination.
