AMS Reheat Blow Moulding Machines
The AMS range of Blow Moulding machines are linear systems of 2 and 3-Cavity Blow
Moulds, with an output ranging between a maximum of 2,000 (AMS2000) and 3,000 (AMS3000) bottles per hour.
The first generation AMS machines were built wilth hydraulic clamps, wheras the new range
have been fitted with toggle clamps, which offer the following advantages:
- Wide Mouth capability - up to 45mm neck diameter.
- Greater holding pressure on Blow Mould Clamp
- User friendly LCD Control interface to Mitsubishi PLC.
- Regulatable Multi-zone Heating system to ensure heating quality for blow moulding at best performance.
- Preform Conveyor with sliding wheels for stability and reliability.
- Backup Software available.
- Inhouse-made Blow Moulds to ensure quality.
- CE / UL / CSA Certification possible.
